Ingredients 成份: Chillies, Spring Onion, Garlic, Ginger Flower, Lemongrass, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Vegetable Oil

辣椒,蒜葱,姜花,香茅,糖,盐,香料,植物油

 

Cooking Ingredients 配料: 600ml coconut milk or evaporated milk, half chicken, prawns, cuttlefish, fried beancurd, yellow noodles, rice vermicelli, bean sprouts, mint leaves

600ml 椰浆或牛奶水,半只鸡切块,虾,鱿鱼块,豆腐卜,面,米粉,豆芽,薄荷叶 

 

Cooking Method 煮法:

1. Cook chicken and prawns with 2000ml of boiling water over high heat for 20 minutes and low heat for another 20 minutes. Remove chicken and prawns to debone and cut.

将鸡放入 2000ml 沸水中,大火煮 20分钟,再转小火煮 20分钟。鸡煮熟后再捞起来去骨及切片。

 

2. Add 1 packet White Curry Paste into soup and stir. Season with salt and rock sugar.

将一包白咖喱面酱加入汤内搅拌。加入适量盐及冰糖调料。

 

3. Add and stir in the coconut milk or evaporated milk. Add in fried beancurd.

加入椰浆或牛奶水搅拌。然后加入豆腐卜。

 

4. Cook the yellow noodle, rice vermicelli and bean sprouts. Top with chicken slices, prawns, cuttlefish & mint leaves and then ladle in the soup. Serve 3-4 persons.

将面,米粉和豆芽煮熟,加上鸡肉片,虾,鱿鱼片和薄荷叶。滔汤入面即可。供 3-4个人食用。
