六味汤 Six Herbs Soup
成份：玉竹，淮山，百合，芡实，莲子，龙眼肉。
Ingredients: Solomonseal Rhizome, Chinese Yam, Lily Bulb, Foxnut, Lotus Seed, Dried Longan.
功效：健脾益胃，养心安神，缓解嗜睡，改善食欲。
Function: Calm the nerves and soothes the mind，nourishes the spleen and stomach.
份量：7人份
Serves：7 person
煮法 Cooking Method：
1.准备 2000ml 的清水，加入八珍汤料，煮半小时。
To boil 2000ml of water, add in Ba Zhen Soup ingredients and cook over for 30 minutes.
2.加入肉类 (大约 600g) 或喜欢的配料，再慢火煮 1小时。
Add in chicken or preferred meat and cook for another 1 hour.
3.加入适量盐调味，趁热享用。
Season with salt.
